3. Products and Services
- Pezosys specialises in precision printing and packaging solutions, including but not limited to: Self-Adhesive Decals, Roll Form Labels, Dome Labels, Speciality Labels, Metallic Name Plates, EP Metal Stickers, Adhesive Tapes and Die Cuts, Fascia Labels and Overlays, Graphics and Decals, Packaging Solutions, Signages, Insulators, and 3D Printing Solutions.
- All products are manufactured on a custom/made-to-order basis as per client specifications and requirements.
- Product images, specifications, and descriptions on the website are indicative and may vary slightly from the final delivered product due to material, printing, or finishing variations.
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or add products and services at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Confirmation
- All orders placed through our website, email, phone, or in person are subject to acceptance by Pezosys.
- An order is deemed accepted only upon written confirmation (email or official document) from our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of pricing errors, material unavailability, or capacity constraints.
- Order specifications, artwork, dimensions, and quantities must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Any changes after production commencement may attract additional charges.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST and other levies) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order shall be the one confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Pezosys reserves the right to require advance payment or a deposit before initiating production.
- In case of delayed payment, Pezosys reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until full payment is received.
- All transactions are governed by Indian laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and receipt of approved artwork (if applicable).
- Pezosys shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details. Any re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect information shall be borne by the client.
7. Cancellations and Returns
- Since all products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, cancellations once production has commenced are not accepted.
- Cancellations before production commencement must be submitted in writing. Applicable cancellation charges may apply based on work completed up to that point.
- Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or error attributable to Pezosys. Claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods with supporting photographs and documentation.
- Returns are not accepted for issues arising from client-provided incorrect artwork, specifications, or approved proofs.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs created by Pezosys, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pezosys India Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
- Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, logos, and artwork submitted for production purposes.
- By submitting artwork or content to Pezosys, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights and permissions for the submitted materials and indemnifies Pezosys against any third-party intellectual property claims.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Pezosys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products.
- Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.
- Pezosys does not warrant that the website will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses at all times.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
